Team Alpha BJJ-Fairfield is family owned and operated business, providing a professional, clean, group environment for people of all levels and ages. We pride ourselves on our reputation, as instructors, and as an academy. At Team Alpha BJJ-Fairfiled, you can rest assured that you will be treated like family from the moment you walk through our doors. While we do like to have fun, we also understand the importance of discipline, respect, hard work, and building good habits. Our programs were designed and are overseen by 4th-degree black belt, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champion, Professor Fabio Prado. Fabio has been the long-time Jui-Jitsu head coach to UFC hall of fame fighter, Urijah Faber, the founder of the UFC fight team, Team Alpha Male, out of Sacramento, CA. If you are looking to build confidence, learn self-defense, get in great shape or gain some structure as you navigate throughout life, Team Alpha BJJ-Fairfield will help you get there and beyond.
Meet Our Coaches
Ephraim
Jiu-Jitsu Coach
Ephraim has been training Jiu-Jitsu for ten years. He earned his black belt, under professor Fabio Prado. He has a deep passion for Jiu-Jitsu and is always studying the art, in order to bring high level instruction to his students. He is always encouraging the understanding and importance of Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals. Control, pressure and submit, are Ephraim's calling cards.
Sabrina
Jiu-Jitsu Coach
Sabrina has been training Jiu-Jitsu for ten years. She earned her black belt under professor Fabio Prado. She is also, the first female to have earned their black belt under Fabio Prado. Sabrina absolutely loves Jiu-Jitsu. Her passion is to spread her knowledge of Jiu-Jitsu to all of her students. Sabrina emphasizes fundamentals, but she loves to attack the sneaky submissions as well.
Victoria
Jiu-Jitsu Coach
Victoria has been training Jiu-Jitsu for 10 years. She competes at the highest levels. She has competed at IBJJF as well as local tournaments. She has competed and won multiple submission only fights. Victoria excels at fundamentals and has crisp, fluid submissions.
